It is good since the AI is much tougher, however the science facility, temple prime, and the control node do not show up when they are built. Thats the only reasons im giving it a 9/10.

9/10. Quite a good few units a added to this. Campaign was a challenge to try to beat, forcing you to mass-and-attack. Other than campaign, most of this is really fun to play. Tick Tanks, ftw.
